HOW TO USE MY HOURS?
At our kick-off meeting, we'll go over everything and define a strategy to space out tasks and projects according to your business needs and goals. We'll make adjustments as we move forward if necessary.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED ADDITIONAL TIME?
You can upgrade your package (if available) to the next tier or purchase a few extra hours at my regular hourly rate.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T USE ALL OF MY HOURS?
We will have weekly check-ins, so you can plan accordingly and use up all of the time you reserved. There won't be a rollover of hours. Everything will be managed in a project management tool so you can keep track of all tasks.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
For long-term contracts, cancellations must be requested within 30 days in advance via written notice from any party.
